History

Founded in 1950, the Workshop operates as a work-oriented facility in a supportive working environment with industrialized vocational goals. The Jem Workshop's highly individualized services assist employees to function as closely as possible to their potential, thereby helping them progress toward normalized living and a productive vocational status.

Staff

Experienced production supervisors help maximize each worker's potential, both vocationally and socially. In addition, two professionals provide supportive counselling and crisis intervention.
