Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for an adapted position at JEM, individuals must have a recognized intellectual, physical, or mental health limitation.

To get started with your application:

Step 1

Please contact us by filling out the form below to arrange a screening interview with a member of our Employee Relations team.

Step 2

Once eligibility is confirmed, the applicant must contact an accredited placement agency to begin the application process.

Step 3

A hiring committee comprised of representatives from Emploi Québec and JEM will determine the admissibility of all applicants.

As the application process nears completion, candidates are invited to take a guided tour of our facility, gaining firsthand insight into our operations and the day to day as an employee of JEM. Upon successful selection, newly hired individuals will engage with the JEM Employee Relations team, embarking on an empowering journey to begin their employment experience.
